Buying a puppy:

All of our puppies become beloved members of their adoptive families. We are continually getting phone calls or e-mails from their new owners telling us how our puppies changed their lives and have been like a gift from God to them.

Our puppies will be available for adoption when they are eight weeks old. They will have been vet checked and had their first series of vaccinations. They also will have been wormed every two weeks since birth.

All of the puppies have been home raised and treated with kindness and loving care. They will be in the beginning stages of housebreaking.

The puppies are eligible for registration with the World Kennel Club.

Females are sold as “non-breeders.” Why? Because it can be life-threatening to breed a Yorkie who weighs less than 5 pounds, and our females usually mature to around three to three and a half pounds.

Since the puppies are sold to you with a veterinarian’s assurance of their general good health, you are responsible for all health issues with your puppy once you take it home with you.

Because we usually have many more people interested in our puppies than the number of puppies available and we want to make sure they go to homes where they will be loved and appreciated, we will ask you to complete an application for adoption.

 If you are chosen from the applications we receive, we will send you a purchase contract.

The puppies are $1200 each. We require a non-refundable deposit of $200 and a completed purchase contract to reserve a puppy for you. This deposit will be refunded only in the event that the puppy becomes unavailable for adoption.

You are responsible for all costs associated with getting the puppy to you.

Breeding your dog to Sirius Black: Sirius Black is an AKC registered, two and a half pound black and tan Yorkshire Terrier who produces the cutest teacup Yorkie pups you’ll ever see. If you would like to breed your bitch to Sirius Black, we will require the following: Information about your bitch (size, disposition, estimated breeding date, etc.) A signed breeding contract Your bitch will need the following before breeding: A negative brucellosis test Current vaccinations and worming A veterinary certificate that she is in generally good health and a good candidate for breeding (e.g. not too small to carry puppies)
